As a Marketing Officer at ATC, I lead digital and strategic communications to grow the community, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across all major tech programs and events. My role blends creative storytelling with data-backed marketing to connect with young innovators, partners, and the wider tech ecosystem.

What I do:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for ATC programs, hackathons, and workshops
• Design content strategy across social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), boosting visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with design, events, and partnerships teams to align marketing with program goals
• Analyze content performance and audience metrics to improve strategy and reach
• Write compelling copy for social media, email newsletters, event pages, and more
• Support community building through creative campaigns and storytelling that highlight participants and impact

As the Communication Lead for ACTSmart, I was responsible for managing all internal and external communication across the program. I handled official announcements, drafted email updates, coordinated with teams, mentors, and judges, and ensured that messaging was clear, consistent, and aligned with the program's branding.

I also managed content for our Telegram channel, wrote social media captions, supported press and media outreach, and worked closely with the design and operations teams to keep participants informed and engaged throughout the hackathon and incubation phases.

As one of the core initiators of ATC NextGen Impact, I played a key role in bringing the vision to life—from brainstorming the concept to kicking off its first pilot programs. I led early-stage planning, aligned our goals with youth empowerment and tech innovation, and built strong foundations for long-term impact.

What I did:

• Spearheaded the initial project design and roadmap for NextGen Impact, focused on youth innovation, digital skills, and career readiness
• Coordinated across departments to align resources, goals, and partnerships, helping shape a scalable program model
• Co-led the recruitment and onboarding of the first cohort of participants, mentors, and partners
• Worked on the branding and communications plan to build visibility among students and early-career changemakers
• Contributed to content design and program logistics for workshops, hackathons, and mentorship sessions
